Bad news this morning. When cleaning the windscreen, we find an impact in it.
What to do? Today is the 14th of july... Easy : just call Carglass ! We chose to make an appointment in Bethune at 2 P.M. as it's on our way to Brussels. Incredible, they now work even on bank holydays...
After a quick stop there, we go on, with new windscreen wipers as a free gift.
We reach our camping site in Brussels in the afternoon. (not to be recomanded!)
On the next day we join Martine and Yves where they live, and park the camper in front of their house.
Immediate departure for a guided tour of the city, starting with the town center wich gets very quickly crowded... The belgians are celebrating their 3rd place in the football world cup...
We walk through very animated parts of this city :
* the arc de triomphe
* the royal palace
* central station
* la grand place
* the town hall
* the stock exchange
* somes churches
As the temperature approaches 30° we chose a sheltered terrasse for lunch.
Our tour ends with the Atomium.
Back home for another excellent diner.
